YOUR CAR’S FORCE FIELD

YOUR CAR’S FORCE FIELD

PROTECT YOUR PAINT WITH

PPF

Paint protection film is the most effective way to protect your car from stone ships, road rash, scratches and chemical damage.   The urethane film we apply is a few only millimeters thick, and optically clear.  This self-healing, invisible barrier helps protect against door dings, sideswipes, paint exchanges, and  minor accidents. Beyond maintenance, it is the best thing you can do to preserve the value of your vehicle.

THIS IS WHERE

Experience Matters

We have a combined 20-plus years of experience cutting, stretching film.   Machine templates have come a long way and often we find this is the best way to start out a job.   Other times, we find that certain cars need a to be hand cut or require a combination of hand and machine cuts.   This knowledge is only gained by experience.  Unlike commercial jobs, we tuck edges as much as possible to hide unsightly edges.  Better than anyone else, we understand the value of your car to you, and to your bank account.    Rest assured

We won’t sugar coat it.  The average cost of a wrap will be anywhere between $4500 and $7000.  It varies wildly depending on the vehicle, the material you chose, and if you want to wrap trim, badges, grills etc.   The best thing is to come visit us at the shop or call to get the most accurate quote.

We’ll try to get your baby back to you as soon as we can, but we also don’t believe in rushing. Plan to leave your car with us for about 5 business days.  If you want to go further with tint, accents, powder coated wheels, painted calipers, badges, PPF or chrome deletes, then it might take longer.

Have you ever tried to put a really large sticker on a ball?  It’s just like that, but harder.  The vinyl comes in large sheets with an adhesive on the back – much like contact paper that would drive you mad.  We know how to stretch and pull and carve the film around every curve and panel and crease.  It’s really a craft. We do some disassembly on some cars but nothing major.  Mostly bumpers and door handles.

We have over 600 color swatches to choose from.   You can pick glossy, super flakey, matte, or color-shifting.  Still want more?  We have state-of-the-art printers inhouse so we can print designs or color match anything you have in mind.

We do it all!  We can help you design a wrap or tell you where to find a designer.  We have wrapped trucks, trailers, buses and fleets.

You can wash and wax your wrap just like paint, but we strongly recommend hand washing only and often with a ph-neutral soap.  A well maintained wrap will last much longer.  You might consider ceramic coating it to reduce how often it needs to be washed.

You can absolutely ceramic coat your wrap!  In fact, it’s a really smart thing to do.  It will help maintain the life of your wrap and keep it looking fresh.   And yes, this applies to your satin and matte finishes as well.  We have specially formulated coatings to preserve matte and satin films.

A well maintained wrap can last anywhere between 4 and 7 years.  Garaged wraps can last even longer.

A well maintained wrap (see a trend here) will easily come off with heat and pulling.   Older,  faded wraps may take more coaxing.  Either way, they come off.

You can paint protect (PPF) your wrap just as you would paint.  It’s such a great idea to protect your wrap this way.   Stones can still chip your paint – just as they would paint. We recommend certain vehicles (e.g. Teslas) always get PPF on the front bumper at a minimum if they get wrapped.

While we can absolutely wrap your jambs or trim, when we quote your wrap, those areas are not included.    Both jambs and trim are extra add-on items.

COMMERCIAL WRAPS

A wrap is a versatile way to completely transform your vehicle. It’s more affordable than paint. There’s far less downtime for your vehicle, and we can remove it when you’re ready for another change.  Despite these advantages, in our skilled hands, the finished product looks just like paint.
