WINDOW TINT

LOOK COOL
WHILE STAYING COOL

PROTECTION YOU CAN FEEL

A COOLER PLACE TO BE

Opening your car door on a hot day shouldn’t feel like opening an oven. Window tint helps reject solar heat and cut glare, making sunny drives more comfortable. And here’s the part people often miss: you don’t need the darkest shade to get heat protection. The film you choose matters more than how dark the window looks.

DID YOUR DOCTOR SEND YOU?

A LITTLE LESS SUN ON YOUR SKIN

You’re in good company. Many of our customers come to us after their doctors recommend window tint for added sun protection. Others want to give sun damage—and premature wrinkles—a little less opportunity. Whatever brings you in, we’ll help you choose a film that puts protection first, without going darker than you’d like.

Got Questions?

Got Questions?  Let’s Clear Things Up.

Our standard sedan packages start at $380 for Carbon Series, $480 for Ceramic IR and $690 for Evolve. Those prices cover the four side windows and rear window. Your final quote depends on the vehicle, film and coverage, plus any existing tint that needs to be removed. Tell us what you drive and we’ll give you a clear number.
Carbon Series gives you a clean, nonreflective look with heat, glare and UV protection. Ceramic IR steps up the heat performance using ceramic technology. Evolve is our highest-performing option for heat rejection. They can look similar on the car—the difference is in what the film does when the sun shows up.
Darkness alone doesn’t tell you how well a film handles heat. A lighter ceramic film can reject more heat than a darker film with different technology. Choose the film for performance and the shade for appearance, visibility and the rules that apply to your vehicle.
The percentage describes visible light transmission: how much visible light passes through the film. A lower number means a darker shade. For example, 5% film is much darker than 70% film. Your existing glass also affects the final result, so the film’s percentage isn’t necessarily the percentage of the finished window.
Yes. UV-blocking window film helps reduce exposure through the glass it covers. UVA can pass through side windows and contribute to premature wrinkles and skin damage associated with skin cancer. Tint gives your everyday drive an extra layer of sun protection. It complements sunscreen and other sun protection—it doesn’t replace them.

Factory privacy glass may already provide some heat and UV protection, but how dark it looks doesn’t tell the whole story. Adding an appropriate film can improve performance, and a lighter option can help avoid making those windows much darker.  Many customers opt to install clear ceramic tint over the existing privacy glass to take advantage of its heat rejecting properties. We’ll help you work with the glass you already have.

Timing depends on the vehicle, the windows being covered and whether old film needs to come off first. A simple “Two fronts” job on an SUV will take approximately 30mins. A full car (sides and read glass) plus windshield will be closer to two hours. We’ll confirm the expected turnaround when you book. Let us know if you’re working around a particular schedule. You’re also welcome to drop your car off in the morning and we can send a text when you car is ready for pick up.
Give the film time to settle before putting it to work. We recommend waiting three (3) days before lowering the windows or cleaning the inside glass. Drying conditions vary with the weather. We will instruct you upon delivery.
Tint is installed using a solution, and some moisture can remain while the film dries. Temporary haze or small water pockets can occur during that process. Don’t press or pick at them. If anything looks unusual, isn’t improving or involves a lifting edge, contact us so we can check it.
Let us know about existing tint before booking so we can assess the removal work and include it in your quote. Older film can take more time to remove, especially around rear-window defroster lines. Sending photos gives us a useful starting point.
SunTek Evolve, Ceramic IR and Carbon Series carry manufacturer lifetime limited warranties, subject to their terms and exclusions. Coverage varies by product, so ask us for the details for your chosen film. We warranty the installation. If any edges peel up or your tint doesn’t look right to you, please come right back so that we can figure it out.
